At Dylan Oaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry isn't exactly what you hoped for, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Dylan Oaks packaging to ensure it remains protected and untarnished during transit.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
